A couple years ago, I hired a fat loss coach. Did everything right. Calorie deficit. Hit my macros. And my body did the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do.

I didn't lose a pound. I actually felt worse.

Turns out, I had estrogen dominance, early insulin resistance, and my cortisol rhythm was completely shot. My thyroid? In the gutter. But my doctor said my labs looked 'fine.'

They weren't looking at the right things.

Once I ran the real tests and actually addressed what was going on... I dropped 10 pounds in six weeks. Without dieting. Without killing myself in the gym. Just by clearing the inflammation and letting my body do what it already knew how to do.

Hi I’m Caroline! I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and have spent the last 11 years specializing in geriatrics as an Occupational Therapist. My clinical background gave me a deep appreciation for longevity, functional strength, and what truly supports health over the long term.

In 2020, after navigating my own challenges with weight loss and fitness, I expanded into nutrition and health coaching. What started as a personal journey quickly became a passion for helping other women do the same.

I coach women through sustainable fat loss, improving their relationship with food and exercise, and building habits that support not just results but lifelong health and longevity.

Over time, I’ve gone deeper in my education to better serve women who feel stuck expanding into hormone health and gut health so they can finally lose the fat they’ve been working so hard for, in a way that supports their body instead of fighting against it.

How much does it cost?

Lean for Life is a 6-month 1:1 coaching program. The investment is $3,294 or $599/month for 6 months. Functional testing (DUTCH + GI mapping) is included in cost.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. $599/month for 6 months. We can talk through what makes sense on your call.

What's included in the testing?

Depends on what you need. Most clients do DUTCH hormone testing and GI mapping. Some need a full thyroid panel or blood work. We figure out what makes sense for YOU based on your symptoms. The tests ship to your door. You do them at home.

What if my doctor already ran labs and said everything was "normal"?

That's actually why most women end up here. Standard labs look at ranges designed to catch disease, not optimize function. We look at the full picture. Free T3, reverse T3, cortisol rhythm, estrogen clearance. The stuff most doctors skip. "Normal" and "optimal" aren't the same thing.

How is this different from other coaching programs?

Most programs hand you a meal plan and hope for the best. We start with testing so we know what's actually going on. Then build your protocol around YOUR results. Not a template. Not what worked for someone else. Yours.

What if I've tried everything and nothing has worked?

That's literally who this is for. Nothing worked because nobody addressed the root cause. You can't out-diet a hormone problem. Once we find what's actually off and fix it, your body starts responding again.

What if I have a busy schedule or travel a lot?

This is built for real life. Your nutrition and training are designed around YOUR schedule. Check-ins are every two weeks, about 30-45 minutes. You have direct access to me between calls. We make it work.

How much time does this take each week?

Check-ins are bi-weekly. You'll track food daily (takes 5-10 minutes once you get the hang of it). Training is designed around your availability, whether that's 3 days or 5.

What if i'm on a GLP1 medication?

We absolutely work with women on GLP-1s, especially if you’ve plateaued or suspect you’re malnourished. We can help optimize your nutrition and address underlying issues.

Do I need a gym membership?

Helps, but not required. We can build a program around whatever you have access to. Full gym, home setup, dumbbells in your garage. We work with it.

What happens after 6 months?

The goal is for you to not need us anymore. You'll understand your body, know how to adjust, and have a plan that's sustainable. Some clients continue with ongoing support. Most don't need to.

What if I don't see results?

If you do the work, you'll see results. That's not a tagline. It's how this works. We're fixing the actual problem, not slapping a band-aid on it. That said, this requires commitment. If you're not ready to show up, this isn't the right fit.
